Custom-Designed Menus
At Carpe' Cuisine we believe your event should reflect your individual taste and style.  Since all food is hand prepared we can customize all dishes according to your specifications.

We love working with themes and developing just the perfect menu for you and your guests.  Contact our event planners to help create a menu to suit your taste and budget.

Proposals
A proposal will be available for your consideration within 48 hours unless otherwise notified.

Pricing
The price will vary based on the specific menu chosen, time of day, number of guests, and service requested.

On-Site Consultation
The location of your event and kitchen facilities available will help determine what type of food and service would be most appropriate.  Therefore an on-site consultation is recommended for all weddings.

Rentals
We have a limited supply of china, flatware, etc. We recommend Panache for your rental needs.

Disposables
If preferred, we can provide disposable dishes, napkins, cups, and utensils.  The price will depend on the type of disposables chosen.

Service
We charge $10.00 per hour/per server.  Servers are attired in accordance with the theme of your event.  The number of servers needed depends on the style of the event and the number of guests expected.

Deposit Policy
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit reserves your date on our calendar.  Half the contract balance is due 15 days prior to your event, with the remaining balance due the date of your event prior to setup.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation due to fire, flood, hurricane or other natural disaster, you are given an opportunity to reserve our service for another date within the next 12 months (this is subject to availability).  Refunds on cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.
